Our Philosophy

While we are a medium-sized business in the New Zealand market, we are very much a family-owned and run operation. This one factor affects everything we do, from the way we deal with our contractors and our clients to the way we respect and look after our staff.

By working hands-on in the business we are also able to carefully monitor and control our growth. While we have the ability to double our processing capacity, we also know that our size is our strength, enabling us to be nimble in a fiercely competitive market, and react quickly and effectively to urgent customer demands.

Health and hygiene is critical to us, and we run an approved Risk Management Programme based on Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Principles. We supply the highest quality seafood, and the levels of both quality and taste are achieved by starting with carefully selected source ingredients.
