About Our Products

We call ourselves a ‘gourmet factory’. The products we have developed and the area where we are heavily invested is in the value added part of the market. We produce marinated mussels, smoked mussels, seafood salad, and other niche products for the large supermarket chains and other key retailers. We are set up to smoke fish for our customers, be it salmon, kahawai or whatever they require – our key is that we’re adaptable.

The recent addition of a retort machine underscores our philosophy of constantly looking to develop new products; this machine is already producing value added product with a longer shelf-life than was previously possible, at a very competitive pricepoint. This opens up for us new market possibilities, as well as meeting the ever-changing demands of our customers.
