One of our key company concepts is ‘sustainable seafood.’ Mussel farming is, quite literally, one of the greenest products in the world and much of the industry’s success, particularly internationally, is its environmental-friendly, safe and sustainable image. At Future Cuisine we understand that continued sustainability is critical to overall business success and work regularly with our farmers to ensure strict environmental regulations are being met at every touchpoint of the growing and harvesting process.
As a business, we commit significant amounts of investment dollars to not only maintain compliance and regulatory requirements but, where we can, to exceed them.
