Parmesan and Caper crumb half shell mussels
1kg half shell mussels
200g ground parmesan cheese
2 tbsp capers
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped dill
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
Roughly chop all ingredients in food processor, lay frozen mussels out onto tray & sprinkle topping over mussels. Bake in oven on 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
